Yme: Ouv’s spiraling path, overlaid with the circling chaos that I faced when I was chasing the Yaoc, gives me further pause.
We're not supposed to allow a different focus than Botaram to supplant our intent when casting and spinning the rod, or when interpreting the results.
Such “attractions of the strange,” as G’Jad put it, may leave us ever looping around irrelevancies that blunt our efforts for good.
Indeed, facing the Oistrem with fortitude or evading them with cunning do ring forth as more noble subgoals than simply echoing the whimsical trails of an uncomprehending animal.
